Candidates must have a bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or any business-related courses.With at least 3-5 years of solid working experience especially in real estate industry.With strong background in transacting to any government agencies (Barangay & Local Government Units) and external/legal affairs.Must be proficient in MS Office, highly analytical and with excellent problem solving skills.Strong reportorial and communication skills (oral and written), assertive, focused, organized and has the ability to do multi-tasking.Can work in a fast-paced environment.Possesses utmost professionalism and integrity.
