Primary responsible for the following :

Manages the end-to-end delivery of the ODP2 Fast Track Development Program (ODP2 FTP) & Branch Employees Development Program (BEDP) from planning, scheduling and monitoring the overall program implementation to report preparation and database management.Designs & develops program activities vis-a-vis identified training needs of the Branch Employee Development Program for Branch Heads potential.Conducts assigned behavioral, business, or technical courses and learning activities as part of Development Programs or as required by the broader Training and Development Team.Provides support to the Program Manager in the day-to-day operations and execution of program-related tasks and activities such as Leadership Development Program (LDP) and Relationship Manager Training Program (RMTP).

Qualifications :

Must be a Bachelor's Degree holder.At least 3 years experience in Training and Development.Knowledgeable in using MS Powerpoint and MS Excel.Should be willing to work on site and be assigned in Ortigas.
