Job Responsibilities

1. Draft extensive plans ensuring all plans are drawn as per US code of practice and Altus expectations and submitted in a timely manner.

2. Complete daily timesheets plan tracking reports in a timely manner.

3. Respond to communication within KPIs

4. Measure performance and make changes to improve productivity and profitability.

5. Ensure quality standards are met and communicated to all levels.

6. Ensure all timeframes and requests made by management are adhered to in accordance with set time frames made by the requester.

7. Ensure activities are carried out in accordance with Company's Guidelines, Mission, and Value Statement

Requirements

1. CAD Background

2. Highly developed software skills in Excel, Word, Outlook, and Internet

3. Highly developed interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills

4. Ability to interpret standards and procedured+A12

5. Must be willing to work at our Mall of Asia office on a dayshift schedule
