2.4 Monitor, comply or improve with the standard productivity rate per CFA of 28 MH/m² in completing the preparation and submission of cost proposal.
2.5 Maintain conducive environment by complying with the ISO guidelines.

2.7 Coordinate with the Operations on who will handle the project once the project is awarded, with

2.9 Coordinate with COG for the preparation of Project Management Schedule
2.10 Ensure all areas/scope of works are being taken off.
2.11 evaluate cost proposal/ quotation from subcontractor/ suppliers
2.12 Complete and present the Cost Proposal to Unit Head for approval.
2.13 Attend clarificatory meetings with the client/ representatives until the project is awarded.
2.14 Ensure completeness of quantity take-off.
2.15 Review completeness of the attachment being request for approval RBR which includes;
2.15.1 Operating Budget for the scope of work subject for RBR or SAP copy.
2.15.2 Operations evaluation
2.16 Preparation of Abstract of Bid/analysis for approval of the unit head & endorsement to Bidcom.
2.17 Endorse recommendation for approval of the unit head & endorsement to Bidcom.
2.18 Prepare regularly issued Project Financial Statement
2.18.1 Monthly Project Operation Financial Statement complete with detailed breakdown
2.19 evaluate and reconciliation of Variation (Change Orders)
2.20 Prepare and justify to Bidcom
2.21 Ensure that Preparation / Submission of pre-qualification documents are made on time.
2.22 Ensure that Bonds / insurances requirement for the winning BID and other project requirements are procured on time.
2.23 Ensure timely Renewal of Licenses (PCAB, etc.)
2.24 Assist all Large projects in setting-up with regards to commercial, legal, financial and SAP requirements
2.25 Ensure that Assistance / Review Bidding requirements (Bonds, Key personnel requirements, Commercial terms & conditions) are extended on time.
2.26 Review/Preparation/Renewal of Contracts to Client and Vendors and endorse them to ALI & MDC Legal retainers for final review.

2.34 Ensure to have a complete records/documentation from pre-qual to close-out of projects (particularly, external)
2.35 Monitor OPB issued by COG for Variation works
2.36 Reconcile PROVISIonAL / FINAL OPB with the; NSC
2.37 Performs tasks in accordance with the processes defined in the company’s QEHSMS Manual.
2.38 Perform other related tasks that may be assigned from time to time.
