Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Science , or Construction ManagementRegistered  EngineerAt least 20-25 years of relevant experience mostly in site supervision, overseeing, upholding use of quality materials and procedures adhering to budgets for task completion; overseeing contract negotiations, revisions; responsible also for preparation of budget estimates, progress and costsProficient in MS Office (Excel, PPT, Word, Outlook, Access Database, etc), MS Office Suite, 3D Modeling Software (AutoCAD); Project Planning Tools, ie, MS Project, Primavera, or any project planning softwareHas excellent communication skills, strong leadership, good judgment, and a strong sense of responsibilityWith knowledge and experience in Hydroelectric Power PlantWilling to relocate to any Mindanao Projects (Bukidnon, Davao, Sarangani,  Misamis Occidental & Oriental) or to any areas of Luzon, if neededCan start immediatelyWe prioritize local applicants
