Graduate of BS Civil EngineeringAt least 2 years of working experience in the same capacityInspects and certifies that all incoming construction materials and goods delivered to the job site comply with the approved submittalsPrepares standardized quality procedures on construction management activities and inspection criteria /checklist which shall be implemented on the job siteConducts inspection on all construction works (precast, formworks, and concreting) performed on a continual basis for compliance with the current drawings and specificationsKnowledgeable on process review and documentation flowchartingMust have good oral and written communication skillsMust be detailed oriented, with strong organizational skills, ability to multi-task, prioritize workload and work independently to meet commitments with minimal supervision
