nsible for securing permits, clearance and licenses from various government offices relative to company's development projects.Liaise and prepares the docu
ments to the government agencies.Collate and prepare the necessary docu
ments required in applications for licenses, permits, certifications, etc.Ensure timely submission of status reports on title transfers and other transactions handled.Perform other tasks initiated by the management.
JOB QUALIFICATONS
Candidate must at least graduate of Bachelor's Degree, Business Administration/Management or equivalent.Knowledgeable with all required permits/licenses.Must be flexible and willing to do field work.With at least 3 years of work experience in real estate companies performing liaison work with various government agencies.With good interperso
nal and communication skills.
