JOB SUMMARY:

With a Team of Researchers, provides all necessary macro economic, competitor and market research required by the Top Management, the different Business Units, Project and Support groups that will assist them in their tactical or strategic decisions (such as product, price, geographical expansion, rawland purchase decisions, among others).Ensures Filinvest projects are competitively priced through a regular tracking of competitors’ price vis-à-vis FLI’s projects.Keeps Top Management informed of the sales performance of Filinvest’s key competitors as well as their new or upcoming projects.Supervises a team of researchers and ensures that all research assignments are completed on time and meets the quality standards of the EMS Department.
