Job Qualifications:Candidate must possess at least Professional License (Passed Board/Bar/Professional License Exam) in Engineering (Civil), Architecture, or equivalent.At least 3 Years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.Preferably 1-4 years Experienced Employee specialized in Architectural/Civil/Structural/Construction or equivalent.Required Skills in Risk Management, communication & negotiation skills, and good leadership acumen Excellent attention to detailProficiency in using a computer, MS Word, Excel, and/or Powerpoint is essential.
