Overview

The Lease Specialist works on and assists in completing and maintaining mall occupancy, ensures relevance of the tenant mix of the development, maintains rental revenue within or above the approved rates and establishes new networks and stronger relationships with commercial brands in retail. 

Qualifications

Must have a bachelors degree in Marketing / Business Administration or any other related coursesAt least 3 years of work experience handling Marketing or Sales preferably from a shopping center or retail industryProficient in MS applications
