Job Description:•Conduct internal audit of assigned APMC managed properties•Ensure strict compliance of the property with all government/ ISO requirements.•Preparation of audit reports and post audit follow up•Develop consistent, coordinated and sustainable audit strategies.Job Qualifications:•Licensed Mechanical/ Electrical Engineer•With relevant work experience in technical audit•Has comprehensive knowledge of risk and auditing methodologies.•Strong background in electro-mechanical equipment (i.e. elevator, escalator, genset, HVAC, and other equipments found in a commercial property)•Excellent interpersonal and communication skills•Excellent presentation and report writing.•Willing to be assigned in Makati City.
