Manages purchase order processing and invoicing.Monitoring pending sales order that are waiting for stocks.Making necessary follow ups of pending transactions.Photocopies and files appropriate documents needed.Manages employee's reimbursement receipts and filing.Manages daily operation reports.Doing drafts, formats, and prints relevant documents.Manages stocks and documents receiving in the office, item releasing and 3rd party delivery booking.
