Seeking a CAD Drafter/ BIM Modeler, who will provide drafting and modeling support for the team. This position requires proficiency in Autodesk software, specifically AutoCAD and Revit.

QUALIFICATIONS

Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Engineering (Others) or equivalent.Required language(s): EnglishPreferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employee specialized in Engineering, Others or equivalentAtleast 1+ years of Revit and AutoCAD experience are required for this position.Either one of Electrical, Plumbing, and Structural design and layout experience is preferred.Knowledge of, and proven practical background in, Autodesk Revit and related Building Information Modeling software.Solid understanding of legacy CAD applications and practices, particularly AutoCAD.Familiarity with Design Visualization applications.Knowledgeable in drafting and engineering standards.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Provide CAD drafting/BIM Revit modeling and design support.

       -CAD Set-up

       -Site Layout

       -Roof Layout

       -Single Line Diagrams / Three Line Diagrams

       -Any CAD related tasks as needed or required

Create Revit families and CAD blocks. Coordinate Revit models.Preparation of clear and detailed plan set for submission to permitting.Assist Head Designer to develop Bill of materials function in RevitAble to determine materials quantities using revit.
