Our company is looking for an Auto-CAD Operator to develop technical drawings of products using computer-aided design (CAD) software.

Auto-CAD Operator (Entry Level Position)

Qualifications:

Graduate of Bachelor’s Degree in Civil EngineeringWith or without PRC license.Can work under minimal supervision.Familiarity with software such as MS Word, MS Excel, Autodesk, and AutoCAD Civil 2D and 3D.Familiarity on building codes and knowledgeability on drafting software.Flexible and adaptable.Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with a high level of accuracy in calculations and design.Excellent time management skills to ensure project deadlines are met.Leadership skills to effectively manage a diverse group of professionals working on one project.Ability to coordinate more than one project at a time.Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills in order to clearly explain different scenarios.

Job Responsibilities:

Understands equations, calculations and written instructions from designers and engineers to ensure all blueprints and technical drawings are completed to specifications.Prepares plans and drawings in compliance with building code regulations and with relevant engineering principles.Communicate to any person involved in the workforce of the project.Plan and always coordinate to ensure appropriate actions to the project in order to execute properly.Performing technical and feasibility studies, including analyzing maps, survey reports, plans and related data to create and design civil engineering projects.Draws plans for structural foundations and other construction projects.Prepares shop drawings including as-built plans.
