Licensed Civil Engineer; at least five (5) years actual hands-on experience in all phases of vertical construction, two (2) years of which in supervisory capacity; has very good interpersonal, oral & written communication and leadership skills; can work under pressure and less supervision; computer literate on basic PC software & knowledge on auto cad operations; has driving skills and driver’s License; and trustworthy.
