Here’s a summary of what you will be doing in this job:The Learning Content Creator will contribute to building and developing employee capability and performance through the timely creation and design of high-quality, engaging, and highly-contextualized materials (through web-based, instructor-led, and virtual classroom learning formats) to be utilized for various learning programs and platforms, including the company's Learning Management System (LMS).Success in this role will require you to fulfill the following responsibilities:1. Works closely with domain experts and resource persons to gain context on key learning objectives and core, technical/functional, and/or leadership competency gaps that must be addressed, and organizes information into relevant and digestible content based on targeted audience, tone, and style.2. Applies instructional design theories, techniques, and methodologies to author, develop, edit, record, and maintain dynamic and impactful course materials (presentation slides, videos, articles, infographics, handouts, manuals, checklists, scripts, templates, knowledge checks, etc.) that enable an engaging and effective experience for learners.3. Develops course materials either from the existing knowledge library or from a blank slate, conducting research as needed to obtain complete, correct, and current information.4. Proof-reads and edits content for proper use of grammar, punctuation, style, and branding guidelines; reviews and tests content for accuracy and usability.5. Maintains content in a library of reusable materials such as presentations, pictures, videos, audios, templates, etc., ensuring that they are complete and/or regularly improved/updated.6. Performs other functions that may be assigned from time to time.Expectations from Candidates:Candidates who are invited for HR screening will need to undergo and pass an online exam and/or technical exam, and accomplish HR documents, personality tests, and essay exams before proceeding to the HR interview.Candidates who pass the HR interview would then need to submit soft copies of their available pre-employment requirements, such as the Transcript of Records, Diploma, and NBI clearance.
