Responsible for:

(1) managing the provision of administrative services to all Philsteel Group employees; and (2)

(2) Coordinating all travel and lodging needs of the Philsteel Group's traveling office and sales personnel, ensuring cost effectiveness, timeliness, and transaction integrity.

Specific Duties and Responsibilities:

Asset Management:

Manage company assets such as vehicles, cell phones, and office equipment.Facilitate preventive maintenance of service vehicles. Repair and recovery of lost or damaged company assets.Conducts data analysis of billing statements related to reports of service vehicles, etc.Ensures the availability of office supplies at all times. manages the timely preparation of requisitions for office supplies, the management and storage of office supplies, and their issuance to department requisitioners and checking the billings from suppliers.Maintains records of company service vehicles.handles vehicle registration and insurance coverage.Monitors periodic preventive maintenance and repairs, ensuring that these are within company policy.Issues fleet cards upon approval of the COO and within limits set by the company. monitors utilization of fleet cards and processes payments to the accredited gas supplier.

Job Qualifications:

Must have at least 15 years of work experience as an admin. manager with an established network with telecommunication and gas companies, hotels, and airlines.Graduate with a bachelor’s degree related to management from reputable schools and universities.NumerateCost-consciousWith good analytical skills,with good communication skills.

Mondays through Fridays, 8 a.m. to 6 p.m.; Saturdays, 9 a.m. to 12 p.m.
