The Leasing Assistant is responsible for securing sales for the company through leasing of property managed units by prospective clients. This position requires excellent customer service, familiarity of the products, study property listings, prospecting, negotiation, initiative, and in-depth understanding of procedure. This includes facilitation of move in and move out of tenants and ensure all concerns are being taken in action to. It provides support to the department in achieving targets and quotas.
