JOB SUMMARY

Conduct technical training and design and create course manual.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Develop and deliver training to equip staff with the knowledge, practical skills and motivation to carry out work-related tasksAssist the Change Management and Training Manager with ongoing, long-term improvement of employees' skillsAssist in the testing and deployment of the Systems designed and developed for the companyAssist in the design, development, and documentation of relevant continuous improvement programsDesign and develop reports, documents and manuals in relation to the aboveEnsures approval of all change plan deliverables in alignment with stakeholdersRefines project execution and plans using change/project management standards and best practices

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

College graduate of any 4-year courseAt least 3-5 relevant work experience in the similar fieldSkills to design instructional materials and training course manualSkills to manage large group/ batch of participants
