Job DescriptionKDCI Outsourcing is a global provider of eCommerce services for startups and established companies. We help our clients build, grow, and maintain their online businesses by providing support for product information management, back office, graphic design, web development, customer service, and digital marketing.Responsibilities:Deliver new hire and ongoing training with an emphasis on customer service, sales skills, client product knowledge, Content writing, as well as our current company policies and procedures.Maintain a high success rate of successful graduates as demonstrated by high ratings on graduate evaluations and on-the-job performanceCollaborate with Operations leaders in curriculum design and modification Develop associated supporting materialsEnsure that all trainees are actively engaged in the training process through the planning and implementation of activities and incentivesPlans and conducts the Train-the-Trainer program, and mentors’ trainers to ensure requisite support in training and faculty development.Performs training administrative functions, document changes in training designs or modules, schedule training classes and order and maintain training supplies. Participate in meeting calibrations with Operations group and clients for existing and new accounts, as necessary.Updates and sends Training and QA reports to client, covering training progress, evaluation, and audit results, as well as other training details. Requirements:Must have at least 2 to 4 years’ experience in instructing in an adult learning environment preferably in the call center, customer service or related industry.A Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Instructional Design, Mass communication or any related field is a plus.Excellent oral and written communication skills at all levels of the organizationDemonstrated presentation and facilitation skills.Has a comprehensive understanding of training concepts and principles.Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including PowerPoint, Excel and WordExceptional motivational, interpersonal and customer service skills; Demonstrated leadership skillsWilling to work on shifting schedule (Day, Mid and Night shift)Strong Business acumen.Willing to work In Ortigas, Pasig city.
