The Key Accounts Manager is responsible for improving the P&L of multiple portfolios. You need to have account development planning, a track record of implementing FM operational excellence experience, demonstrate strong contractual knowledge and negotiation skills.
A proven track record of transitioning first generation FM outsourcing contracts to an output base contract for a nationwide portfolio is critical.
