Handles telephone inquiries by providing correspo
nding assistance or solutions to the co
ncerns of the client -members.Coordinates with the Billing/Collection Department of accredited hospitals regarding the status of co
nfined client-member/s, and with the Liaison office at the Head Office regarding the coverage of the co
nfined client-member/s.Respo
nsible for the ensuing coordination of checks and payments of/for all accredited hospitals and doctors. This function is in coordination with the Claims Department at the Head Office.Log all bills, and submits them to the Claims Department at the Head Office.Acts as Internal Auditor for all accredited hospitals and doctors and in some other assigned area.Ensures delivery and receipt of checks to MPI network.Performs other tasks that may be assigned from time to time.
