As the Store Manager, you are expected to:Responsible in making the branch as the main distribution channel of the Bank by selling its products and services.Grow and Deepens relationship with existing clients by offering other products and services suitable to themImplements marketing programs/strategies that would promote products, increase new to bank customers and maximize existing customer’s share of walletMentors and coaches the store sales team, BDSO, RO, Sales Associate and New AccountsApproves transactions and oversees performance of service in the store that would impact customer satisfaction and relationshipPerforms compliance/governance and risk management requirements based on the policies and framework set by the bank.Performs customer service standards by applying the right attitude and skills using the EWB Service Pillars and Service Standards.Who can apply?Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Finance/Accounting/Banking/ /Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.At least 5 years(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.With proven track record in sales and marketing, account solicitation and management.Applicants must be willing to work in Makati area.
