DRIVER-PROPERTY MAINTENANCE (SUBDIVISIONASSIGNED) FOR IMMEDIATE HIRING

Qualifications:

1. College Level

2.With valid driver’s license (4-wheel and motorcycle)

3.Must be based in the SOUTH AREA (Toril area best).

4.Must have at least two (2) years of actual work experience in driving manual vehicles.

5.Full-time employed, including Saturdays. All work assigned will be within Davao City.

6.Must be able and willing to perform various works (multi-tasking) in a property management setting (subdivision maintenance works including water system, swimming pool maintenance, minor repairs of buildings, landscaping works, etc.).

7.You must be of good health; works are primarily site-based. 6. Must be able to report to work at 7:30AM daily and render paid overtime if and when necessary.

8. Must be able to perform janitorial work and common maintenance/ utility functions.

9. Applicants must be able to interact with people well. 

10. Must be very resourceful and have excellent analytical and organizational skills. Must be a flexible multi-tasker;

11.Must be a fast learner and able to contribute immediately to the Company with minimal training.

Compensation and Benefits:

1. Starting salary of P15,000.00, depending on actual experience upon hiring, with salary escalations depending on performance

2. 14th month pay, performance-based incentives and bonuses, mid-year bonuses, paid leaves, medical insurance (Maxicare) upon regularization, and other benefits will be given.
