The Appraiser is primarily responsible in conducting appraisal of Real Estate/Auto/Machineries being offered as collateral. He/She also performs Title Verification and Credit Investigation.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering/ArchitectureAt least 1 year of experience in Real Estate AppraisalLicense in Real Estate/Engineering/Architecture is an advantage but not requiredWilling to conduct field work and be assigned in Dagupan City
