Generate Sales Production for the company via managing and leading a group of sales peoplePlan and execute sales and marketing strategies to ensure excellent sales production for the team and meet the required team quotaAble to find and source possible clients to produce required sales for the companyAble to do corporate presentations and negotiate with clients to close potential salesMust be able to provide post-sale customer service for their own clientsWilling to do field and office workMust be digital savvyWith solid team of 4 Sales Managers with 3 to 6 Sales Consultants eachMonitor day to day Sales performance and conversion to ensure the deliver company’s revenue by hitting all projected sales targets

Minimum Qualifications & Experience:

Must have experience selling Real Estate Properties for at least 6 yearsMust be able to recruit his/her own Sales TeamShould be CPD Accredited Real Estate SalespersonLicensed Real Estate Broker is a plus
