Job Description

In summary, you will assist the Property Manager to ensure that all equipment and facilities are in excellent working condition to achieve customer satisfaction and operating cost efficiencies.

Ensure that all equipment and facilities are in excellent working condition by conducting a regular inspection, implement a preventive maintenance and undertake corrective maintenanceImplement Energy-conservation and cost-saving measures while monitoring utility consumptionTrack and communicate work request status and completionMonitor construction works and ensures that all guidelines are strictly followed. Provide project status reports to Property ManagerPrepare/review plans, estimates, the scope of works for various projectsMonitor all safety programs to prevent exposure and decrease liability for the propertyAssist in coordinating Fire/Earthquake DrillConduct daily coordination meeting with security, maintenance, and janitorial personnelInvolve in preparation and delivery of presentations and technical briefings, testing, verification and validation processes as well as scheduling and as-built documentation.

Job Qualifications:

Licensed Electrical or Mechanical Engineer.Experience in handling MEFPS System and Building/Equipment Operation and Maintenance or Property Management experience is an advantage.Must have a good attitude and customer oriented.Amenable to work in Metro Manila.No provided accommodation.Monday-Saturday work schedule.
