Job Responsibilities

As a BIM Coordinator with VIATechnik you will be working in a fast paced construction environment driving exceptional quality and service for a wide variety of projects.

Specific Responsibilities will include:

Review 3D Models from consultants and contractors to ensure compliance with the BIM Execution PlanConduct clash detection, clash organization, and clash grouping using Navisworks Manage and BIMTrackAudit and review models in Autodesk Revit for compliance to normal constructability standards and compliance to the BIM Execution planManage / Update BIM Project documents

Qualifications:

Knowledge in Autodesk Revit, NavisWorks & AutoCADKnowledge of MEP systemsAdvanced PC skills, specifically Microsoft Windows Applications (Word, Excel, Outlook & PowerPoint)Completed coursework in Construction, Architecture or an equivalent combination of training and or work experience.
