Responsibilities:Effectively facilitate program-specific trainings and orientations in order to successfully transfer knowledge, skills and behaviors to incoming trainees and employeesIdentify training gaps necessary for the improvement of training modules, lessons or orientation materialsHelp maintain training records such as class attendance, class performance, and class policy adherenceSuccessfully develop additional training materials that help improve agents' performanceRequirements:2-year undergraduate degree (communications arts and education majors preferred) or equivalent call center experienceAt least 10 months to 1 year experience as a call center/BPO Product Specific TrainerExcellent Verbal and Written Communication SkillsBasic or intermediate Training and Facilitation SkillsStrong organizational, interpersonal and consultative skillsProficient in creating reports and in using MS OfficeMust be willing to work flexible schedules (including weekends and holidays)
