Prepares Construction Drawings, Design Drawings, and detailingPrepares detailed cost estimatesManage construction schedule and activities and ensures all targets are metEnsure project plans are implemented properly and comply with building and safety codesCoordinate with Foreman, Purchasing, Accounting, and General Manager on all aspects of the project

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in ArchitectureExperience in managing residential and commercial construction projects is a PLUS but not required. Fresh Graduates are also welcome to apply.Proficient in Microsoft Office, Autocad and Sketchup.Knowledge in Photoshop is a PLUS but not required.Must have organizational skills and willing to handle multiple projectsAble to handle cash and report expensesPossess a driver’s license is a PLUS but not required.
