Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , Professional License (Passed Board/Bar/Professional License Exam), Engineering (Civil) or equivalent.Required skill(s): MS Office, MS Project, AutoCad.At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in Engineering - Civil/Construction/Structural or equivalent.Full-Time position(s) available.Review and evaluate technical requirements and documents for content quality.Perform all acceptance inspections, examinations and test. Witness and verify inspections and test performed by others and ensuring that these are in accordance with establish requirements and criteria.Conduct in-process inspection and pre-functional test on site.Verify that quality certification records and reports are accurate, complete and legible.Verify that all measurement and test equipment are within prescribed accuracy limits and in good working order prior to performance of acceptance inspection or test.Report and document any discrepancies noted for resolution and corrective action. Track all deficiencies relative to his/her responsibilities until repaired and accepted.Assist in scheduling and attend preparatory phase meetings, initial phase inspections and continually follow up on work in place.Be present at site when work is in progress in his/her area of coverage.Provides inputs in the preparation and implementation of Project Quality Plan.Coordinates with TSD/Operations Group the Submittal Registry Log.Ensures all drawings are approved and signed for construction before being used at project site.Review Subcontractor’s Quality Control Plan (QCP).Assists and review in the preparation of Inspection & Testing Plan and Method Statement based on contract requirement.Check completeness of PATOQ folder and Initiates the Pre-Activitiy Training and Orientation on Quality (PATOQ).In the absence if QAQC Supervisor, generate Incident Report on all quality-related incidents occurred at site.Conducts weekly quality meeting and walkthrough with Operation team and subcontractors.Review and check all drawings, specifications and submittals are approved and signed for construction before being used at project site.Ensure that all inspection, measuring and testing equipment (IMTE) are calibrated.Hold-Point Release of inspections via Work Request (WR).Initiates the issuance and close-out of Non-Conformance Reports and Work Suspension Notice (WSN) as necessary.Attends project coordination meetings such as Operations, Project Technical Group, Principals, Kick off, Execom etc. (if required).Conduct initial punchlist (IPL) with the operations team and subcontractor prior to handover.Performs in controlled manner with due consideration of,Use of the approved work method statementUse of suitable equipment and working environmentCompliance with reference standard/codes, procedure, quality plan and project specificationAll criteria for workmanship (acceptance criteria) shall be stipulated.Responsible for the quality and workmanship of every activity, thorough knowledge of all phases of engineering construction relating to Civil, Architectural and Structural discipline interfacing the multidisciplinary operations.Taking care of QAQC documents of the entire project including certificates, calibration, test results, inspection requests, non-compliance reports and site instruction/observations, permanent materials delivered and other QAQC documents.Report to the QA/QC Supervisor, control, and monitor all activities related to Quality.To assist TSD for the issuance of Request for Information (RFIs) and Request for Approvals (RFA) that are conflicts between drawings and/or specification.Conduct religious follow-ups on all pending submittals.To check compliance of mock-up per approved submittals and projects specification requirements.Ensure Re-PATOQ are being conducted if there are new revision on drawings for implementation/to orient newly hired employees.Ensure Re-PATOQ per issued WSN are conducted prior to resumption.To prepare and submit the following QAQC reports as evidence of works undertaken:Daily: PIR/QMBWA• Weekly: NCR Monitoring• Monthly: QAQC Dashboard (FCO/ZPL/DLP)• FIT ReportsImplement “No PATOQ No Work Policy” to prevent rework and anticipate errors.Inspect all incoming/delivered materials and equipment on-site based on approved RFAs.To conduct joint Quality Management By Walking Around (QMBWA) together with MDC Operations and Subcontractors.Strictly implement MDC Quality Plan, Process, Procedures and Forms.Conducts on line inspection to minimized punchlist items during final inspection.Conduct strict formworks inspection prior to pouring based on approved designs and calculations of formwork system.Conduct weekly quality meeting with subcons / operation.Attends project coordination meetings such as Operation, Project Technical Group (PTG), Principals, Kick off, Execom etc.Assist in the preparation and participate in actual internal and external ISO Audit.To assure Contractors turn over to the Owner the following:• As-built drawings• Status of defects list• Bonds• Guaranteed• Warranties• Spare/excess materials whenever applicableAnalyze test results and make necessary recommendations.Responsible for controlling and monitoring the day to day activities in field.Willing relocatePerforms other related tasks that may be assigned from time to time.
