about the Role

We are looking for experienced e-Learning development professionals who have a good hold on working with Adobe content authoring tools such as Storyline 360, Rise, and graphic design tools such as Photoshop. This role of an eLearning developer requires the candidates to work in a team with other co-developers where they will be expected to collaborate with their peers towards developing interactive eLearning, managing uploads on LMS and performing peer reviews.

The target learners will predominantly be the B2B segment in the Philippines which includes vendors, SMEs, and MSMEs, and other internal audience groups. This role has direct reporting to the client side, managed by an internal project manager.

Responsibilities

Analyze instructions, in the form of a storyboard or prototype, from the Instructional Designer and accuratelyConvert them into eLearning modules and/or videos (SCORM based)Perform edits to graphics (static and dynamic) with a good knowledge on Photoshop and IllustratorExpert in authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate to create dynamic and interactive eLearning content and assessmentsMust be able to develop complex branching scenarios, highly gamified and user engaging learning assets on Articulate storyline 360 as the primary toolUse audio software such as Adobe Audition or Audacity to record, edit, and refine audio for the eLearning moduleUse MS Office software (PowerPoint, Word, and Excel) and Acrobat Reader for project documentationCreate, test and manage courses in a Learning Management SystemTest and modify eLearning content and LMS settings to ensure compatibilityResponsible for giving accurate effort estimations before the projectsReview and edit work per testing phaseCollaborate with other members of the development team and provide productive feedback to peersPlan and build high-quality, engaging eLearning experiences using graphic design, imagery, animations, interactivity and soundCreate or edit provided screen recordings such as software demonstrationsMust be in-line with fast and dynamic development standards as per industry’s benchmarks

Must Have

3-5 years of experience creating eLearning modules using Articulate Storyline 360, Articulate Rise, Captivate, Elucidat, Adapt or any other authoring toolHave excellent English reading and writing skillsMust be willing to adjust work schedule when neededSkills in audio and video editing as well as experience using screen recording tools such as AdobeApplications (Premier Pro)High level understanding and working knowledge of the functioning of Learning Management SystemsExperience working in an educational/corporate training environmentUnderstanding of technology enabled learning, educational theory and Instructional Design
