Job Description

Job Responsibilities

To prepare and monitor the architectural designs involved from Pre-Design Stage up to Construction Stage and ensure completion of activities are within the set timelines.To prepare Master Plan of the projects considering the results of technical studies done, in accordance with the building codes, and aligned with the set targets.To review all architectural plans to ensure compliance with rules and regulations, policies, and codes for approval of the Design Manager.

Job Requirements

Licensed ArchitectWith at least 3 of design conceptualization experience, in the real estate industry.Knowledge in applicable real estate policies, standard practices, and relevant laws (i.e. National Building Code, Fire Code of the Philippines, and Condominium buyer's Protective Decree (PD 957)Architectural Programs and Software (i.e. AutoCad, Lumion, Photoshop, Primavera)Good communications skills, oral and writtenGood supervisory skills and keen to detailsWilling to report in Makati City
