Focus Global Inc. invites you to be part of its growing organization as a SALES OPERATIONS ASSOCIATE. Job Responsibilities: Assist the principal designer with her daily tasks and responsibilities; may include but is not limited to: organizing and keeping track of to-do list and pending requests, encoding and processing of orders in the system, coordinating with clients, creating quotation, daily running-through of tasks, monitoring of account progress, and making sure deadlines are met. Specific Duties and Responsibilities:Maintains the Management Information System Provides assistance in showroom sales Monitors clients and documentary files Encodes and processes orders in the systemManages daily run-through of tasks, monitors account progress, ensures key deadlines are met Coordinates with internal and external parties to accomplish account requirements Checks implementation of SOPs related to the sales processWhat We're Looking For:Bachelor's Degree in any business-related course from a reputable university MS Office proficient Experience in Google Suites applications not required but is a plus Selling and negotiation skills Excellent communication and presentation skills Highly personable and creative Organized and detail-orientedAmenable to have a 5-day work week with flexibility to work on weekends
