This position supports the SigniFi Global Training Strategy Lead and the SigniFi Global Training Program Manager in the execution of the overall SignFi Training Strategy. SigniFi is the multi-year project to transform the Finance function within J&J. Working in close partnership with the Global Training Program Manager as well as the rest of the Change, Communications and Training Team, the Global Training Analyst will work to ensure the smooth implementation of a complex global blended learning curricula. This is an exciting position on a dynamic team where training will play an integral part in the success of the overall transformation of the finance function within J&J.
Key Responsibilities:
Training Program Management and Logistics
· Handle end-to-end training global program logistics and coordination tasks such as creation and scheduling of virtual classroom sessions, sending out invites, verifying participants, handling registration, roster confirmation and implementation of post-course evaluation and archiving of materials
· Support the execution of global training sessions by coordinating train-the-trainer sessions and hosting (producing) sessions where appropriate
· Develop and maintain global course schedules
· Support Global Training Manager in handling SigniFi Training mailbox inquiries.
SUMMIT Administration and Reporting
· Create global curricula in SUMMIT
· Upload learning objects into SUMMIT
· Handle implementation of SUMMIT post-course Level 1 Surveys
· Create global and regional learning reports using SUMMIT and other tools that support completion tracking, other training metrics and UAM
Regional POC Specific Support (in addition to the above)
· Be the regional/local first point of contact for training and SUMMIT questions and support for the EMEA and APAC regions
· Assist EMEA and APAC regional teams in set-up of regional sessions
Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will have the following minimum qualifications:
· An Associates, BS or BA college degree.
· Related professional experience as a training program analyst/coordinator.
· Fluent in use of the Microsoft Suite (especially PowerPoint and Excel).
· Experience with learning management systems required.
· Experience with the Cornerstone onDemand learning management system preferred.
· Excellent written and verbal communications skills.
· Excellent project management skills.
· Excellent organizational skills and the ability to work in large complex projects and organizations.
· Position is in EMEA or APAC regions to support working hours in those regions
