Training Instructional Designer

Job Overview:

PSI is seeking a knowledgeable, highly motivated professional with Instructional Design experience supporting online assessments and certification operations. The successful candidate designs and develops training materials using appropriate authoring tools and ensures training deliverables meet expectations.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Collaborates with business operations partners to identify training needs

• Develops and design new, and update current training curriculum

• Supports the revision and delivery of existing courses and operations manuals • Develops assessments, knowledge checks and quizzes to measure the effectiveness of training

• Supports the development of customer service soft skills training and coaching tools

• Creates annual process to review and update content

• Other duties and ad-hoc special projects as assigned

• Demonstrated understanding of learning theories, instructional design methods and design principles
