Responsible in managing end-to-end recruitment activities from sourcing, interviewing, placement, background checking and on-boarding of qualified candidates. He or she will also manage learning and development activities of the organization from training needs analysis, development of training programs and development of organization development activities.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Manage manpower planning activities from identification of manpower
requirements and implementation of strategic sourcing initiatives to expand
pool of applications.
· Supervise team of recruiters to serve all manpower needs according to
identified lead time per job level.
· Liases with headhunters, Public Employment Service Offices (PESO) and
universities to generate applications.
. Develops training modules to enhance knowledge, attitude and skills of
employees. Coordinates with Department Heads in crafting training
programs based on identified needs and organizational requirements.
. Develops organizational development programs to enhance organizational
culture and communication, performance management system, succession
planning and employee engagement.
Qualifications:
· Graduate of BS/AB Psychology/Behavioral Science or its equivalent.
· At least 5 years managerial work experience in handling recruitment,
training and organization development.
· Energetic, analytical, organized, and can work with minimum supervision.
· Must have above average oral and written communication skills.
· Knowledgeable in formulating and implementing HR programs and
organizational development interventions.
· Good in policy development and implementation.
