Collaborating with team members for the purpose of collecting data and executing the company’s missionDeveloping and managing business intelligence solutions for the organizationProviding reports through office applications to improve business processesAnalyzing business requirements and processes and recommending them to the management and executives for implementationCreating and maintaining documentation that includes the design, requirements and user manuals for the organizationTo accurately manually enter text or numerical data into databases, spreadsheets or word processing, programs, or use of automated software programs to upload digital data filesProvide analysis of all data mapping out from front end (initial input from various forms from the users) and work on the errors/issues before they go into production (backend/ending stage of the process)Perform other duties that may be assigned from time to time.Develop, maintain and evolve dashboard and analytical reports.Work with other departments to determine business and information demands.Identify loopholes of business and areas for improvement.Reports data through presentation.Collects and manipulates data as well as create, design and develop queries to analyze, track and report internal data.Design, develop reports and maintain dashboards that are user friendly, scalable across multiple teams.organizing data points, communicating between upper management and analyzing data to determine company needs.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

Must possess at least a College/Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or any Computer related courseMS Office, Google Form/Sheet familiarity and WIX websiteStrong interpersonal skillsExcellent communication skillsFlexible and organized, result orientedMust be highly detail oriented and can effectively multi-taskHas a pleasing and pleasant personality.Proficient in back-end programming languages like PHP and other related frameworks is a must haveFamiliarity in creating database is a must haveFamiliarity in creating CRUD (create, read, update, delete) system is plusCan design a user interface flow based on user stories is a plus-
