Lead the delivery of all Training programs for Branches and Dealerships in order to build capacity of all Sales, After Sales and Technical teams by cascading standard product, sales, and technical programs on Subaru products and its related servicing process.
Contextualize product, sales and technical modules to fit local market requirements.
Striking a balance between cost & efficiency related to the development of teaching materials, training aids, and alternative teaching methods suitable for the local market based on the support system provided by the Regional Academy and other viable outside resources.
Equip Technicians by conducting technical training based on Subaru technical curriculum; developing individual coaching plans; providing resources and assistance.
Continuous coordination and implement directions provided by Regional Aftersales team and the Regional Training Academy.
Actual conduct of training presentations and programs. Deliver theoretical and practical trainings.
Monitoring of E-learning completion progress of all Technicians in the branch & dealer network.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Candidate must possess a Bachelor's/College degree in the discipline of Engineering, Technical Studies/ Education/ Training or any Automotive related course.
With relevant experience in the automotive industry, curriculum development and training.
Strong and confident communication skills.
Know-how in creating presentations and visual aids related to training. Must be knowledgeable in Automotive technical aspects.
