QUALIFICATIONS:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Law, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Others, Political Science or equivalent.Required skill(s): legal management, research, public relations, effective written and communication skills, MS Office.At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.1-4 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in Property/Real Estate or equivalent.Full-Time position(s) available.
JOB SUMMARY:
Under general supervision, responsible for the issuance of all developmental and marketing permits and licenses of all company projects from all government agencies except environmental, aeronautical, maritime related agencies such as the DENR, LLDA, Local Governmental Environmental Board, PAMB, CAAP, Philippine Ports Authority and NAPOCOR.
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:
Draft, prepare all docu
ments/correspo
ndences and collate all plans needed for the company’s application for permits and licenses for its projects.Requests, follow-up and secure from different departments, company, person any pending docu
ment/plan requested including status thereof.Check plans for submission to verify compliance with guidelines and design standards set by the proper government agency.Prepare request for payment and receive payment for permits fee and incidental expenses; posts payment information to departmental records according to standard procedures;Co
nduct and/or assist in the ocular inspections in coordination with the co
ncerned project engineer with government representatives relative to the permits being processed.Attend hearings, meetings and/or co
nferences called by government agencies related to permits application and provide reports of such activities.Safe keep all docu
ments & files prior to turn over to the Admin Section.Secure the permits and licenses of the company projects from the proper government agencies within the target deadline & budget.Closely coordinate with the proper government agencies for all requirements. Liaise regularly with different government agencies for permits processing.Comply with regular submission of HLURB semestral reports.Submit weekly, quarterly, mo
nthly and annual status and accomplishment reports of projects handled for permits and licenses to the PL Supervisor.Prepare annually turn-around time for permit’s processing and budget projection of the projects for processing.Research on new guidelines on permits and licenses with proper government agencies.Operate standard office equipment, including job related computer hardware and software applications, facsimile equipment and copiers.Maintain a working knowledge of technical and specialized rules, regulations, policies, procedures and activities regarding permits and licenses.Sign reports as Pollution Co
ntrol Officers of designated projects.Attend seminars related to the position.Perform other duties as required.
