Executive Assistant will provide remote support to senior executives. The role will be responsible to deliver exceptional support to offshore executives in calendar and meeting management, email management, travel management, expense management, client relationship management, documentation preparation and other administrative tasks as needed.
Responsibilities:
Maintain the diaries and schedules of the ExecutivesReceive and screen communications to the Executives including telephone calls, mails, and provide assistance using judgment to determine those requiring priority attentions. Research and respond to all the communications as appropriate.Build, lead, organise and schedule meetingsCoordinate and organise meetings, including notification to attendees, and set-up. Prepare meeting agendas, perform research for meetings and take minutes during meetingsInvoicing management processingBook travel arrangements, including flights, transportation, and accommodations • Perform special projects and other duties as assignede
valuate the effectiveness of implemented strategies and make recommendations for future initiativesPrepare reports as requested
Qualifications:
At least 5 years of proven experience as an Executive AssistantMust have experience supporting Australian executivesDemo
