Responsibilities:Responsible for conducting process training to new hires and evaluate their performance based on their competenciesDeliver Product and Process TrainingsTake up new hire Training batchesMaintain attrition and throughput as per process guidelinesCoach and counsel where-ever neededdocument Training reports and trackersConduct Pre & Post assessment to identify any red flags (if any)Provide feedback to specific areas of opportunityCoach associates on DSAT with a clear understanding of process requirementGenerate and maintain regular reportsUnderstand process requirementConduct regular audits to check training effectivenessConduct Recursive Training based on the Training Need Identification/Analysis received from Operations/QualityAct as a focal point for the Knowledge base Management process within assigned account enforcing best practicesResponsible for ITIL processes/responsibilities falling under the training functionRequirements:Preferred: Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, any fieldAt least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this positionExperience in handling a Technical Support, Service Desk and Customer Service training facilitation including pre-processExcellent written and verbal communication skillsMust possess good presentation skillsExcellent Organizational and planning skillsGood understanding of Group Dynamics (diversity)Analytic and Results OrientedPlus: ITIL Foundation or ITIL CertificationsPlus: Microsoft CertificationsPlus: Experienced in Desktop and Laptop Support TrainingPlus: Experienced in Network and Mobility Support TrainingPlus: Experienced in Cloud Computing
