Key Responsibilities:
• This person will lead a group of Trainers with at least 5-8 team members.
• Will drive client meetings in providing a global status update on process documentations and training updates.
• Will help provide guidance to Trainers to ensure adequate support is provided to Operations Team.
• Has the ability to understand overall team utilization and capable to push back on realistic timelines.
• Capable to cover and report any tasks related to his/her team in cases of unplanned absence of a team member.
• Highly flexible and can understand global demands.
Key Requirements:
• Candidate must be a Bachelor’s degree holder
• Preferably works in the same field/industry for 5years or more and minimum 2 years of relevant experience as Training
• Experienced in managing global clients / accounts
• Excellent verbal and written skills
• Excellent in MS Office Applications (i.e. PPT and Visio for process mapping)
• Result oriented and can work with tight deadlines
• Amenable to work 10PM – 7AM shift.
• Work location is in BGC Taguig.
