JOB OUTLINE:
Coach, counsel, and motivate/discipline team members.Co
nducting 1 on 1 meetings with the team members to identify areas of opportunities to help support your team members efficiently.Communicate job expectations, planning, monitoring, and reviewing job contributions.Co
ntribute operations information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews.Prepare and complete action plans, and implement production, productivity, and quality, and be able to help & support team members in solving problems.Work closely with operations and upper management team to set and/or implement policies, procedures, and systems and to follow through with implementation.Co
ntinuously analyze, e
valuate and improve departmental processes and workflow and implement changes if necessary.Serves as a primary point of co
ntact and is respo
nsible for maintaining seamless processes of all aspects of property management.Serve as the primary point of co
ntact when property management issues are related to utilities, leasing answering, onboarding, and resident applications.Communicate all operating policies and/or issues at department meetings.Other tasks are TBD as you go further.

Qualifications:
- At least 2-3 years of supervisory, managerial, or operations management experience.
- Have team management experience
- Must be able to work full-time MST hours.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Proven ability to multitask and work well under pressure.
