nships between staff and prospective residents.Aid prospective residents and staff through self-showings, application, and move-in processes.De-escalate and resolve matters involving future residents.To ensure all deadlines are met.On top in terms of on boarding of any new or transferred assets as needed.To establish key performance indicators for each market and manage activities within leasing platformsMaintain accurate lease performance metrics and process management.Leverage industry knowledge to assist with creation of a scalable leasing model that aligns with organizatio
