Job Description
Responsibilities: Oversee the day-to-day operations and performance of the Recruitment and Sourcing Team.Ensure hiring targets are met.Plan, strategize and implement action plans that will provide a healthy pool of applications for hiring requirements with the lowest cost possibleConceptualize marketing strategies that will help in sourcing and brandingConduct end-to-end recruitment process: sourcing to on-boarding of candidates in the absence of Talent Acquisition Specialists / Recruitment Specialists/ Supervisors.Ensure Recruitment Specialist and Lead's delivery of quality candidates to Operations and Shared Services.Ensure and evaluates trackers and reports are accurate and sent promptly.Real-time updating of databases, tools, trackers, and system/process documentation.Attend and represent Talent Acquisition during calibrations and meetings with other departments.Involvement in on-boarding, process orientation, and knowledge transfer to incoming team membersCreate and maintain reports/trackers that would be useful in evaluating and updating our data that revolves around: hiring turnaround time, cost per hire, return of investmentevaluate current recruitment processes, systems, and tools and provide recommendations for improvementsevaluate and measure the effectiveness of existing sourcing channels, industry partners, and vendorsPerform related tasks as requiredPerforms regular 1:1 sessions and establishes individual succession plans for the teamKeeps updated on industry trends and practices pertaining to sourcingExecute defined people management responsibilitiesIdentify sourcing team members’ opportunities and create coaching strategy and improvement plansCreate/update developmental plans for sourcing team members and monitor progressRequirements:Must be a College Graduate of Psychology, Humanities/Liberal Arts, Human Resource Management, or equivalentAt least 2-3 years of work experience as a Sr. Talent Acquisition Manager from a company in the BPO IndustryGood work attitude and can work both as a team player and a leaderLevel headed and demonstrates patience in helping agents with timely resolutionPunctual, reliable, and has a good track of attendanceWell-organized with keen attention to detail from maintaining applicant database, applicant tracking, and recruitment systems toolStrong organizational and time management skillsGood verbal and written English communication skillsLiteracy in various MSO applications: Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and ExcelAbility to process high volume requirements with limited TATMust be willing to work in the night shift or on shifting schedules at the Fort Bonifacio Global City, TaguigWhy should you join us?Competitive salary packageExciting employee engagement activitiesTight Knit TeamExclusive learning sessions/seminars every weekFast career growthFree parkingHMO w/ Free DependentLeave creditsLeave conversionsNight differentialNon-taxable allowanceUncapped annual appraisal2 days offAnd most importantly, you’ll be part of a growing company with dynamic and engaging team. Interested?
