Job Description:
· Market and sell Avida Land properties through various sales and marketing initiatives.
· Recruit, train, and develop Property Specialists.
· Create marketing activities for his/her sales team.
· Conduct regular coordination and meetings with Property Specialists.
· Supervise marketing and sales activities of his/her sales team.
· Reports directly to his/her assigned Area Sales Director.
Job Requirements/Qualifications:
· Graduate of any Bachelor’s Degree or must have completed at least 2 years in college
· With at least 2 years of related managerial experience from any sales industry.
· Preferably licensed Real Estate Broker/ Salesperson
· Has strong presentation skills and excellent planning skills.
· Open to work during weekends and holidays.
· Must have at least 3 recruits of Property Specialists.
