RESPONSIBILITIES:

Promote sales of properties through online advertisements in social media and other available online platforms.Source for possible clients and ensure to maintain a good and healthy relationship with them.Advise clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, legal requirements and related matters.Meet required sales quota every quarter.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Graduate of any 2-year or 4-year course.Experience in the real estate industry is an advantage, but not required.With sales background (insurance, car, retail, etc).Fresh graduates are welcome to apply, highly-networked.Must be amenable to do mall manning and digital selling.Must have own gadget/ laptop/ tablet and strong internet connection.
