We are immediately hiring a Mandarin-speaking Trainer with background in customer service or financial trading to train a new team of work-from-home customer service specialists. Our client is a global China-based cryptocurrency platform and the CSR agents help the users of the site to trade. The platform has more than 10 million users all over Korea, Japan, European countries, and China.
The trainer will:
teach using the courseware of the client while adjusting to the learning results of the CSRshelp the CSRs understand and be comfortable with blockchain technologies and cryptocurrenciesidentify learning hurdles and strategize around them to make a quick and efficient knowledge systemsummarize training done weeklyoptimize trainingpromote SOPs and QA systems
Work Schedule
Monday to Friday, 8 am to 5 pm with 1 hour break
