Job Description

The Fortune Pay Technical Training Specialist ensures that effective software training leads to better quality of service for our internal and external customers. This position leads the strategy behind the approach to facilitation of the company’s software technology training, and the different learning facilitation methodologies to use. It also supports the research, development, and preparation to create training materials to meet the learning and business objectives of our projects.

JOB RESPonSIBILITIES ▪ Create technical training programs according to company requirements ▪ Determine course content according to objectives ▪ Prepare training materials (power point presentations, worksheets etc.) ▪ Execute employee and clients training sessions, webinars, workshops etc. ▪ Conduct on-site client training when needed ▪ Observe and evaluate results of training programs ▪ Determine overall effectiveness of programs and make improvements

JOB QUALIFICATIONS ▪ Proven work experience as technical training specialist ▪ Excellent customer service and technical skills with a positive attitude ▪ Ability to identify customer concerns and opportunities with the ability to provide resolution ▪ Ability to facilitate solutions in a fast paced, complex technology, and business environment ▪ Knowledge of modern training techniques and tools in technical subjects ▪ Experience in designing technical course content ▪ Ability to address training needs with complete courses ▪ Working knowledge in MS Office (especially power point) ▪ Outstanding communication skills and comfortable speaking to crowds ▪ Excellent organizational and time-management abilities ▪ Degree in a relevant technical field

At least (1) year1 of experience in training field

Willing to work asap onsite in BGC, Taguig.
